Twice a month, we meet for 30 minutes and work through your biggest software questions — so you're making fewer guesses and feeling more confident about your tech choices.

A focused, low-commitment advisory relationship designed for busy business owners who need honest tech guidance — not a sales pitch for more dev hours.

What you get:

  • 12 one-on-one sessions over six months — 30 minutes each, every other Tuesday
  • Async prep between meetings — email exchange before each session so we hit the ground running
  • Product thinking — we build clear, detailed requirements for exactly what you need, so nothing gets built that shouldn't
  • Technology guidance — honest advice on what to vibe code yourself, what to buy off the shelf, and what actually needs a professional developer
  • Hiring & sourcing know-how — by the end, you'll be able to find a freelancer on Upwork or Fiverr, scope a project, run it, and know when to be involved and when to step back
  • Hands-on when it helps — depending on where you are, we can look at your code, map out your systems, review vibe-coded approaches, or evaluate what a developer delivered

I'm Kevin — a software engineer with 15 years of full-stack development experience. I've launched startups from scratch, several of which grew from thousands to millions in revenue. I've been a developer, a product manager, a fractional CTO, an applied AI engineer, the hiring manager, an IT manager, and a business owner. I love chatting shop and finding good approaches.
