This Privacy Policy explains how Kevin Doran ("I", "me"), operating the Kev's Kit software advisory service ("Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information.

  • Information you share during advisory sessions (business context, technology details, workflows, etc.)
  • Email correspondence between sessions

Information collected automatically:

  • This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Deliver the advisory service (prepare for sessions, provide relevant advice)
  • Communicate with you about scheduling and session prep
  • Send you invoices and process payments

That's it. I don't use your information for marketing to third parties, and I don't sell or share your data.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on a small number of third-party tools:

  • Email (Proton Mail) — for correspondence between sessions
  • Calendar scheduling (Cal.com) — for booking sessions
  • Payment processing — payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by me

I do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

4. Data Retention

I retain your contact information and session notes for the duration of our engagement and for up to 12 months after the engagement ends, in case you want to re-engage or reference past discussions. After that, I delete them.

If you'd like your information deleted sooner, email me and I'll take care of it.

5. Data Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information. Communications happen over encrypted email (Proton Mail) and video calls with standard encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the information I hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw from the Service at any time (see the Terms of Service for cancellation terms)
